I stayed at this hotel in September 2011 while touring the Colonial City. It was contemporary, and clean with an elevator. There is a parking lot which you can valet if you'd like. One of the staff even washed my car! I thought there was a pool, but there isn't. If you want to be near the ocean, you'll have...

Stayed at this property for 1 night.
At arrival, they welcomed us with a glass of cider, which was a very nice touch.
Hotel is in a very touristy area, with easy walking to other attractions, like the Hard Rock Cafe, Segafredo, Museums, Plazoleta Espana, Parque Colon, Calle Las Damas, El Conde and El Alcazar.
Reserved 2 rooms and got...

Despite my late check-in, the receptionists were helpful; checkin...

This hotel, like all, has its pros and cons. One big pro is its location. It is located within walking distance from El Conde, Hard Rock Cafe, a park, many dining/drinking establishments. This is a great place to stay if you don't have a car and don't want to spend a lot of money on taxis to get around the...

We arrived and the service was great to begin with and the hotel seemed worth the money, however when we went to take a shower, the shower leaked everywhere, the towel holder fell to the floor and we had no hot water. When we brought these up to the management, we expected for these things to be taken care of,...

While in a nice part of town, this hotel did not honor my price quote and added on additional fees for mini bar which I did not use. They did not believe me. While some of the staff are friendly, some are not very welcoming or accommodating. Overpriced and noisy as well.
