Overall I think the resort was great. Rooms were nice. No major issue. I booked through cheap Caribbean which offered a VIP status amenities but it is not really VIP it is just an upgrade. Mr blacky blacky is the best entertainer in the whole resort. He was so fun and entertained me and my family. The food was alright but the environments were perfect. We stayed in the presidential suites and our room was huge!!!!

The food was so enjoyable, big room. The beach was a little tinny but the water was beautiful.The hotel is so big that we were getting lost all the time on the first days. The aquagym with Banana and Spaghetti was really nice!

Had such a feat time and the staff is great. Everyone was fun and very friendly/attentive. Really great time for a great price. Bon jovi, spaghetti, Barbie, blackie, cappuccino, banana, super Tino. All were wonderful.
