People forget when they go to another country, especially a third world country, that the service standards and star ratings aren't exactly what they would be in America or Canada. I had posted a negative comment previously but now that my stay has ended I think I will give this hotel 5 stars for service. It was quick efficient and friendly in all areas. I heard of this hotel group opening up a Sheraton. Now the negative things make more sense...
