This hotel is located on a beautiful clean beach with lots of fun waves. It is a large hotel with two main pools and one childs pool. Room: The first room we went into was horrible...something out of a horror movie. It smelled like mold, no curtains, patio door was broke, and the sheets were damp and stinky. We just returned form this resort on March 08th/10. We found this resort to be very good . The food was tops as was the nightly shows. Especially the one with Micheal Jackson. There were some minor poblems with our room, which was corrected . The a la cartes all were very good. Especially the Dominican (Steak was the best!)... more

Service.............. We had good a good experience with all service. The bar staff always had a lot of fun and we appreciated that they always knew what we wanted after day one. We travelled from Toronto to the Barcelo Punta Cana from February 27th through March 6th. We were wary of the negative reviews concerning the food, especially considering we travelled with our two small children.
