Fire has destroyed this beautiful hotel. completely gone. Very sad. Hotel is a total write off with all its antiques and historical items. It was a beautiful place with great owners and staff. Wishing them the best and hope for a relocation soon.

The TWO ladies from Germany that manage the place there were very RUDE & MEAN to us (tourists). They charged us $5 just for taking a picture at that place, like if the view of Jamaica belongs to them. These TWO individuals treated very bad our driver even though she paid them the $5. These ladies were so EVIL that they even called the company where our driver works to put complaints about her and said LIES to the Owner. We said LIES because we were there. Tourist should NOT GO to paces were owners treat other people as SLAVES, or with RACISM. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE...IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

I had my vow renewal at Richmond Hill Inn on July 12, 2019. I had contacted Gracie two years earlier to book my date and to workout the logistics of my party. Her response time to my emails were so prompt. Gracie answered all of my questions and was able to accommodate all of my needs. It was such a smooth process planning my party. The party itself was perfect! The food was authentic Jamaican cuisine and there was plenty of it. The decor was perfect. The DJ was good, the bartender was good. We ate, drank and danced the night away. Gracie was there the whole time to make sure everything was perfect. The view from Richmond Hill Inn is beautiful. We had dinner as the sun was setting. Totally picturesque! The facility itself is great. The washrooms were clean. The venue is very specious. I liked the fact that the Inn is gated and they had security at the gate. I think this place is so much better than having a party at a resort. From the planning phase to the actual party was stress free. Dealing with Gracie was an absolute pleasure. Richmond Hill Inn is a hidden gem in Montego Bay. Thank you Gracie for your help and it was such a pleasure to have met you. Thank you for taking care of me and my guests.

We were taken here by our tour guide, Leon Campbell, to see the view overlooking Montego Bay. It was beautiful! You can see all of the bay and the cruise ships docked in port. They had a pool and bar where you could order drinks. A very relaxing and beautiful spot to visit.

I saw many reviews of people stopping here for the view - but it is an Inn and you can stay overnight. I booked through the website and had prompt conformation (you pay a 50% deposit at time of booking). They ladies emailed instructions for arrival and everything went smoothly. The guest rooms are in some buildings on the side of the main building. My room was super clean - and decorated with period type pieces. There is a fridge and a nice modern TV with good cable in the room. Also will mention the wifi speed was probably the best I had in Jamaica. You can enjoy the views from the main house and swim in the lovely pool. Your room rate includes a lovely breakfast with eggs - fruit and pastries. For lunch and dinner you will need to go into town. Everyone was very friendly and made you feel very welcome. This is a lovely, unique place to stay in Montego Bay - not like all the cookie cutter resorts. I would love to stay here again!

This is the best spot to spend a single day in Montego Bay. Accommodations were clean, comfortable, and affordable. Not to mention the best view in Montego Bay. The owners/hosts exhibited the best service I’ve ever had in Jamaica and stopped at nothing to make us comfortable. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Our taxi driver took us here for a quick visit. We paid $5 to get in and were wowed by this little cozy place. Vintage furnitures everywhere, this place has stories. It looks quiet dead maybe because it is the wrong season to visit Jamaica. It is a perfect place for wedding !!!

Were staying at Sandals Royal Caribbean and had extra time after an excursion and our driver took us up there. Supposed to be highest point in Montego Bay and I believe it. It was right at sunset and place was empty. Not sure if it was open, no one asked us to order a drink or anything and we were not charged a fee to go in. Got some great photos. Will research it more and go again next trip for sunset.

You can smell the history here it is so amazing! It brings you back to simpler times and the architecture has a great story. This place was once owned by the Dewars family and was a plantation. The lady who owns it now is a very kind and generous host and the price is right 3dollars to get in. I spent 5 on a Red Bull at my resort so no complaints man.
