It's a great deal, beautiful view and like any other place some staff are great and the others well not so great. We did daytime activities through Jamaica Tours with Stacy and Nadia who we have to say are awesome, they made it so worth and they were both very friendly and attentive.

I stayed at the Sunset Jamauca Grande Resort April 28-May 5, 2013 and it was wonderful. The entire staff from check in , restaurant servers and cooking staff to housekeeping was great.
