“Excellent choice - Delivers on Promise”

Franklyn D is my family's choice, over and over again. They deliver, exactly what they promise - and then some. Secure, friendly, truly pro-family environment. Capable, competent, emotionally intelligent staff. Wide range of activities to keep us engaged and entertained. With a great environment for relaxation. The children couldn't get enough of everything.

Their suite was found to have one bedpost unstable and this would normally be identified and corrected by the nanny but the family declined the nanny service at check-in because their kids were big.
