I recently had to cancel my room due to an family emergency. Jamie, the hotel staff person, was so helpful and kind. Based on this alone, I will definitely stay at this hotel when I get to return to Puerto Rico!

Needing to arrive a day before the cruise, I researched hotels and found the prices outrageous. The staff is very helpful, but the hotel was too noisey, we were on the second floor and the noise at night was bad. The breakfast in the morning was only o.k. Never any fresh fruit until the weekend. Our room was clean, thats all. Nothing beyond the bare essentials.
