You want to visit and stay in San Juan but are on a tight budget; but also want to stay at a place that is located in a reasonably safe area, is clean and is also reasonably priced: Andalusia Guest House is for you. We stayed at the guest house from January 13th to January 19th, 2012. I can’t say... More

Andalucia was great. It was quiet but still had a lot of personality and Emeo and Esteban seem to have thought of everything. We stayed in room 8 on the bottom floor right next to the jacuzzi. What I liked most about this hotel was the sense of community and the trust that the owners give their patrons. They supplied... More

The hosts were very pleasant and friendly. Its close to the beach and they have a nice jacuzzi. Unfortunately the room we were given was too cramped even to keep our suitcase open. The idea in staying here was so that we can walk over to beach and try the local lifestyle but even this can be marred when you... More

Very clean, cozy if small rooms. Friendly service, wonderful patio. A few really short blocks to the beach. We had a room that faced the patio, with small double doors that opened to the patio view the first several nights we were there. Nice decor. The second time on our way back from the outer islands, we had a room... More

I LOVED this place. It was cozy and clean and filled with warm and friendly travelers looking for an adventure. Due to the intimate nature of the guest house it is very conducive to striking up conversations with other guests. It is personal in a way that is not intrusive. All in all if you are an adventurous person who... More

I loved the friendly and interesting proprietors, Emeo and Esteban, and meeting two of their really interesting guests! I loved sitting up under the leaves on the "back porch deck" area on a comfy couch arrangement. It was a cool and pretty private feeling place I could read and write after a lot of traveling around PR. Five stars here.... More

My boyfriend of 5 years and myself went to Puerto Rico for the first time and I thought that it would be fun to try something other than a run of the mill hotel. This place was awesome. As soon as we got there Emeo greeted us and showed a map with a bunch of different stuff around the area... More

The Andalucia Guest House was a great place to stay. The neighborhood has great places to run (on the beach, the nearby park and track), eat (there were great restaurants nearby), and it is conveniently located. A short taxi ride takes you to Old San Juan. The proprietors are very nice, and they have really good maps they've created of... More

Even before arriving we knew this would be a lovely place from the little hints, tips and comments on their website. Clean and comfortable. Esteban and Emeo were wonderful hosts (even when we managed to lock ourselves out of our room - twice!) The map they provide is really helpful showing all the places you might need but not see...
