I was here on Dec.31-1/09. 2 adults. Great value for short time. Great penny pinching for your money. The rooms are small, & comfortable. No 5 star hotel, but i give it a 3 star. The only negative is the cleanness of the floors. Yes the room 304 air cond. was working perfectly. You need that here. enjoy more
