The beach and view are very nice. The staff helpful. The resort old with one resturant and in a residential area . You have to drive far for a good resturant . Not the best location at all. More

Expected more for a Hyatt. It is West of San Juan, all the fun stuff - rain forest, bioluminescent kayaking, catamarant excursions, good beaches all are east - so you have to drive thru San Juan with crazy drivers and it can take an hour, it can take 3 hours. Staff is friendly and has a great location on the beach. Rooms need work as bathrooms are really outdated and old. The room we stayed in I'd have a view of the beach. The building next door used to be their casino but now is evacuated since it was sinking. I hope Hyatt renovates the property so it is up... More
