This Holiday Inn was about what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. There is a lot of local traffic due to the casino. The room was clean and neat. We checked in Saturday afternoon. The desk clerk was very helpfull. She made us feel like we're valued guests. Several times throughout our stay she helped us with restaurant suggestions as well as things to do in the area. She was happy to take all the time we needed, not once making us feel rushed. We had stayed in the Mayaguez Holiday Inn on a previous evening and liked it, so we selected this property for the next night. We were told in Mayaguez that the hotels were owned by the same owner. I had no complaints what so ever with this hotel. I was actually impressed with this being a Holiday Inn. I stayed here two nights in late December.
