From the moment I got to Coco Palm I was treated like a queen. The staff was extremely nice and accomodating. Everything is near by. The beach is quiet never crowded, the same goes for the pool area. You feel like you are visiting your favorite aunt. When I left I re-booked for next that is how awesome it was.

Fantastic option to the big brash a/i resorts in the carribean great location and so near to bars and fabulous restaurants shopping malls and the beach. Plus, nice and spacious rooms, great breakfast, restaurant, bar, and pool! A few minutes walk to the beach, shopping and loads of fabulous restaurants! We were constantly made to feel like welcomed guests. A great value, too!

Came down for some R&R & the beginning of the Jazz Festival, and stayed in the Denwi room of the older (old!) Kreole building (rooms are named, not numbered). The room was clean and comfortable. Fairly noisy due to echoing in the central foyer, and the A/C was a bit loud, but not so much as to bother my sleeping.... More

The Coco Palm was really a wonderful and it is in the most perfect location in Rodney bay. Great rooms, great service and an amazing restaurant! The jerk pork chop was amazing! The pool was also really nice. I will definitely be staying there when I return for work.

Coco palm definitely offers an amazing experience, without a doubt. We are very happy with the resort overall! Staff are truly amazing, very polite, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with large bathrooms, however we had to upgrade from our original kereol room which was in another older building which was very small and old/small shower/bathroom. We stayed at the end of April and returned home, well rested. The staff (from front office to security) spoiled us with "natural" friendliness and professionalism. We arrived early and took in the Sunday buffet....good decision...We ate out too but have to admit that Coco Palm served excellent food...
