We had been looking forward to arriving at this resort and spending some quality down-time as I had just finished a Master's Program and was exhausted. The pictures on the website were amazingly beautiful and the idea of an open room was awesome and unique prompting us to book this vacation. This is a pricey place to stay and we... More

Thank you for your comment. We are sorry to hear you were not directed to the new fitness room that was opened in December. We are in the process of extending our spa facilities and also working closely with our neighbor the Jalousie Plantation by directing our guests to their spa when they require a larger facility. While the back... More

I went to St. Lucia to find a resort where to have my wedding in august and we hired a car driving around the island to look at different resorts/hotels and take some prices and brochures to look at when we get back home in orde rto make our decission as we will be more than 150 people. so we... I am sorry you were unable to stay at Ladera. Our resort can accommodate up to 85 persons for a wedding and very popular for buyout of that size. We would not be able to accommodate 150 persons. In any case, it would have been a pleasure for our wedding coordinator to give a tour of the property and facilitate... More

We selected Ladera for a long-awaited sun holiday after reading about its amenities in the Globe and Mail and online. We spent six nights in a Gros Piton suite (we were quietly upgraded - thank you Caroline and Maria!) in mid-January 2012, and the trip exceeded our expectations in every way. It was, in short, incredible. Many of the excellent... More

My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon in the hilltop dream sweet, definitely worth the money. The staff were so nice, especially Archourd, (if you ever read this sorry for butchering your name), he is THE MAN behind the bar, best drinks my wife and I have ever had. If you ever go to the bar at Ladera, he... More

My wife and I stayed at Ladera for seven nights for our honeymoon in July 2011, and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The setting is stunning, the room was exactly what we wanted, the service was friendly, and the activities were well planned and executed. However, it would be remiss to start this review without giving warning about... More

Truly the most wonderful place I have ever stayed in my life. The room was something out of my wildest dreams. Only 3 walls with a spectacular view over the cliff into the ocean making up the 4th wall. Your own pool with heated waterfall that turned on with a switch. A four-poster bed with netting that I did not... More

This was our 2nd stay at Ladera Resort.....just as good (even better) than the 1st time. The rooms, the staff, the food, the sunsets, and the hummingbirds were all spectacular. We only stayed 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. We'll be back!!! More

We went for our honeymoon, it was a gorgeous getaway with our very private room having an open fourth wall giving us breathtaking views of Petit/Gross Piton. The rooms also had a very nature like feel with everything made out of wood, our own pool with waterfall, a basket with binoculars and a constellation map. Wonderful service, great food. They... I came here in april with my Husband, and it is the beautiful place I have ever stayed. Each room has a wall missing and you look down the hillside to the beach, Your four poster bed is up on a seperate level, then your pool in the living was just wonderful. The mini bar with it's free water was... More
