This property is a bit dated and although they have done a decent job of keeping the grounds up the wear is starting to show through. The "garden view" apartments aren't really garden view - more like "outside fence view" and the units aren't kept in the greatest condition. We've stayed at Tarquynn twice. This is a great condo complex in a very quiet part of 7 mile beach. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive, but the best part of the place is the beach and water. They are absolutely unparalleled ANYWHERE.
