Although Karen used to manage the condos (which were formally known as "Ocean Beach Hotel Condominiums" when managed by Karen, but are now known as "Caicos Beach Condominiums"), she no longer does and, in fact, is not affiliated with Caicos Beach Condos. We have been to North Caicos many times and have stayed with Ocean Beach Hotel Condominiums every time. Karen was in charge of everything and the property was kept beautifully. All of these condos have been sold, have different management, and new name(Caicos BeachCondominiums). We walked by and the grounds were not being well kept. What a shame! Karen still... More

Nine glorious days....we swam in the beautiful clean ocean the moment we arrived......Condo was spotlessly clean, freshly painted, cool ocean breezes flowed through.....Fully equipped modern kitchen........right on the ocean.......48 steps from the beach.....beautiful restaurant adjacent to the property.....beach was almost deserted......imagine a 4 mile beach all your own (almost).
