Just returned home after spending a week at the Hotel on the Cay. What a disaster! Outdated and dirty rooms. The hotel looks like it was built in the 50's with no updates since then. St Croix is beautiful and we had a great time off the resort. Beautiful beaches, great shopping! Please avoid this hotel! More

The Hotel is not overly plush, nut is very adequate. They are remodeling all the bathrooms. The hotel is a 1 minute ferry ride from all the Christiansted dining spots and recreational facilities. The staff was very helpful and prompt fulfilling requests. Nice beach with fairly good snorkeling on site. More

Don't expect the "Ritz." It is NOT. If you want to relax, soak up sun, enjoy cool beverages, read and swim with no hassle, this is the place.
