We did not stay in the hotel but we had all our evening meals and drinks in the bar/restaurant and found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially a big thumbs up for Jamie, and food to be of the highest quality local produce and a varied specials board each night.

Traditional without being stuffy. Quite lovely and we would gladly stay again. A true old world feel. The value is more than fair. We enjoyed the ambience, the location and the feel of the place. Wood paneling in the lobbies and very nice people at the desk.
