We had 2 nights of bliss in very well presented and thought out, comfortable accommodation. The rooms and en-suite bathrooms were spotless with the added luxury of a proper fridge, tea & coffee making facilities together with real milk and a selection of biscuits. Breakfast can be a choice too suit all tastes and appetites with the scrambled eggs being... More

Thanks to TripAdvisor again for helping us find another little treasure for a very last minute getaway to Cornwall. St. Austell was our aim for primarily visiting the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Never having stayed in a hotel in this region before, we thought that the <<premium inn>> up the road would not suit our needs as well as a... More

It really was a lovely place to stay. The attention to detail was unusually good. A particularly nice touch was the wine glasses and bottle opener, which made us feel very comfortable on the 2 evenings we stayed in (luckily the shop in Sticker just up the road sold wine). There was also a fridge, fresh milk, biscuits, plenty of... More

We stayed at Sunnyvale over new years eve 2011 until the 3rd Jan 2012 and we were very happy with everything. The rooms were very clean and modern which is nice. The rooms are seperate from the main building which is good as you then have lots of privacy and aren't disturbing anyone if you return late. The owners (Judy... More

The accommodation is 2 independent units attached to the proprieters house and consists of bedroom/sitting area and large shower room. The rooms have thoughtful touches, like a fridge for your daily essentials,... More

There are two rooms available here and both are annexed from the main house. Our room was disable friendly, beautifully decorated and looked almost new let alone 7 years old, with a superb king sized bed. The location is ideal being located off the main St Austell to Truro trunk road, so you don't have to navigate the narrow Cornish... More

This is the best B & B accommodation we have ever stayed at. Seeing that both my Wife & I are Disabled we have had great difficulty in finding suitable places to stay, Sunnyvale is by far the best. The hosts were very helpful making us feel very welcome at their beautiful home. The breakfasts were excellent, and if you... More

The couple who run it are friendly, helpful & can't do enough for you. The room was cleaned thoroughly everyday & excellent facilities were provided. For any guests with disabilities like myself there is a shower seat with easily operated shower, plus doors which allow getting in & out safe. They even provide a bath mat so there's no risk... More
