Rooftop sunset was beautiful! Coffee/muffin breakfast was delicious! Found the location to be perfect walking distance to malecon and events. Felt safe walking day or night. Would recommend for adventure travelers who want to be close to the downtown action.

This is a small hotel that is basic, but very comfortable and it has some of the best breakfasts and dinners we had on our trips. Breakfast is included each day and we had dinner there two of our three nights. The people are friendly. We had an upstairs room with a view of the malecon from our tiny balcony.

We always head to this friendly little hotel when we go to LaPaz. While the rooms are a little spartan, it is, after all Greek themed. The rooms are just fine. Everything you need is there and clean. The people are friendly. Joel makes great coffee! They welcome well behaved dogs. So close to the Malecon and all the restaurants.... More

I happened upon this place on a recent motorcycle trip down Baja. I found the staff to be very accommodating. The front desk clerk spoke great english and was able to recommend several places to help us enjoy our time in the city. There were several restaurants and boardwalks that were very near to the hotel. The Hotel was mostly... More

I have been to La Paz many times, but this was my first stay at this property. It is close to everything, is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My son and I were visiting in August, so the courtyard and roof patio were so hot they weren't usable (I'll bet its nice in the other seasons).... More

This neat little place is just steps from the Malecon, but provides a quiet, comfortable night's sleep, even during Carnival. The rooms are well kept and clean. A couple of rooms have spectacular views over the bay. The price is reasonable -most rooms are under $100. The staff is pleasant and friendly, the owners charming. Parking is easy and safe... More

1/2 block from the malecon and the marina, great breakfast, quiet (even on Friday and Saturday nights with hopped-up coaches cruising the male con), attached to an excellent restaurant (La Pazta).... What's not to like. The rooms are clean and all open onto a beautiful courtyard. We've stayed in La Paz right on the Malecon for far more ($$) and... More

On a recent 3 day trip to La Paz, I found a terrific small hotel that made my trip very pleasant and comfortable. The Hotel Mediterrane is a 9 room property (the rooms are named after Greek islands), literally steps from the Malecon, at Allende 36 - clean, cool and charming. The rooms are on 2 levels and surround a... More

We thought this place was kind of depressing and vacant except for the fact you could here other people talking in their rooms. It was a complete change over the boutique hotel we stayed in that was featured in various hotel books. The view from the roof is good, but that was the best view. We stayed in on garden... More
