Toilet leaked on the bathroom floor, and it appeared to have never had the outside of it washed. Cobwebs and dirt all around the walls and drop panel ceiling, especially the corners. it is a little run down,but clean.the rooms are very basic.the tv only has 4 chanels, only in Spanish, in the day and age of cheap satellite TV...the pool is clean but you can't sit and have a beer at the pool,you have to go out of the pool area and sit by the BBQs to have your drinks.the restaurant... I was there for labor day 2003, $95 p/night. Quiet, clean, no remote for TV, 1 HBO channel and 2 local. Your friends cannot swim in pool or spend time w/you in hotel. No phone nor clock. Some rooms AC not working we had to switch rooms for that reason. From 1 - 10 I rate it 6.
