Let me first say that I loved being at this hotel. It was a sight for sore eyes while in TJ. I loved the golf course room with the balcony. There were some difficulties, which I'll share with you. When I arrived ar the hotel, I was immediately welcomed, and given the letter for Gold Members. However, I wanted a... More

The good and bad thing about this hotel was that it's about 5 minute, $5 cab ride to all the "downtown" stuff. Overall it was a very good stay and you can usually get a standard room here for cheap. Don't avoid it just because of the low price. The hotel room is setup and sized no different than any... More

I'm booked a single night stay in an executive suite. It was a waste of money. I've stayed at Marriots in various states, and and other countries, and this was by far the worst experience. I would say I received a $65 room but paid over $150 and stayed only 8 hours. Frankly, I feel like I was fleeced. I... More

The hotel provides excellent amenities to get your work done quick and convenient. Its situated at a popular area of the city and there are lots of good places to eat around and are walkable. The hotel's restaurant has some really tasty food. The breakfast buffet cannot go wrong with the spread they have. Wifi is free and there's a... More

Stayed 1 night for a wedding that we had to attend. It was a surprisingly nice stay. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay a comfortable one. They treat you like if you were paying $250 per night. It is Tijuana. But the hotel is nice and it feels very safe. The Sunday brunch is really... More

This hotel has outstanding service and plenty of staff to meet your needs. The issues were with the accomodations. The 1st room had absolutely no window, sliding doors etc that would allow fresh air. We immediately asked to be moved. The second room had the most horrible smell that we have ever experianced. We kept the sliders open the entire... More

I stayed at this hotel in September 2010 and this past weekend in August 2011. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the hotel restaurant and Lourdes took great care of me during each meal. My room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable!! There were a few channels on TV in English, but this didn't bother... More

I recently stayed at the Tijuana Marriott. I found the the room to be clean and comfortable. I did find the breakfast buffet a little pricey (about $14USD), this was not a $14USD buffet, maybe comparable to an $8USD buffet. However I did not find any other dining/breakfast option within walking distance. The staff was courteous and helpful. I felt... More

I parked my car with the valet, and they stole my MAUI JIM glasses valued at about $350.00. Yes - I should have not left them in my car - but if you can't trust the valet - what does that say about the rest of the Hotel! I reported it to the Hotel Manager, and of course I got... More
