I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed every single day I was there. Great customer service, good food, parking lot is well secured and in a safe area not far from american restaurants like Mc Donalds, Burger King, Subway..etc. Also very close to Plaza Rio where there are more restaurants and the movie theatre. We were in Tijuana for an event and the Palacio Azteca was centrally located for our needs. We were very happy with our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable.
