Lucerna is overall GREAT hotel with large well decorated rooms and a beautiful garden/pool area in the back. It is very centrally located. I went to Culiacan with a elderly neighbor who was going there for Chemo therapy. We stayed at the Lucerna. Everything was wonderful. The beds are very comfortable.
