The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was great. It is a beautiful place on the beach. Our family loved it. The one girl in the kids club was not very friendly but everyone else was so wonderful. It was very safe and we were not worried bout anything.

Safety is not a concern. This resort is in a gated subdivision. Employees are both friendly and trustworthy. We were able to leave ebooks and Ipads unattended while in the water or getting a drink without worry. Only one restaurant aside from buffet in evening. The hotel is beautiful, lots of flowers, lovely atmosphere, great balconies. The entertainment staff was very charming and fun. Everyone working at the hotel seem very helpful and capable. The all inclusive was great,the buffet and several restaurants were all very good with a nice and romantic atmosphere.

Worst experience of my life! Unsafe environment. Had to leave immediately after arriving. No one could communicate with us at all and we we put into a hut like room which we were scared to death in.
