This is a nice clean hotel and quite affordable. However the beach is not clean and is full of street vendors, A common problem in Acapulco. It would be nice if the city relocated them outside the beach. More

We were upgraded to a Bahia suite since I am platinum with Priority Club and we loved it! We had a stunning view of the beach in both directions and could see our ship when it docked. The pool area is really nice though unfortunately crowded with kids due to Easter holidays but it was well laid out. The location... More

My wife and I stayed here for 5 full days. We enjoyed the pools, the beach, the food, the drinks, the lobby open air lounge and the well air conditioned rooms. We did the all inclusive stay. We arrived at 10am (knowing check-in was not until 3pm) and they allowed us to rest in the room so we could change... More

My wife and I traveled here on Spring Break and were pleasantly delighted. The hotel is very well maintained and is very clean. The staff were very courteous and made my wife and I (who speak zero Spanish) feel very welcomed. For the first couple of days the hotel seemed empty (a common occurrence in Acapulco). Many guests did arrive... More

We recently stayed at this hotel for a friend's wedding. Given the location, it was pretty much what we expected - dreadful. Basic clean rooms, but very bad service and the swimming pool was absolutely packed. The whole outdoor area of the hotel was ruined by loud music and games organisers on loud speakers. The worst for me was the... More

We've always been happy with the service here(tipping helps) We have always gone all-inclusive. We usually go out to restaurants for dinner. This year, the hotel really went out of their way to cater to the American's & Canadians. It was very good. It's never like home. But it was above average. The tourists from Canada & U.S. were visibly... More

I love the Crowne Plaza Aapulco, for the most part the check-in staff are nice and speak English enough to get you checked in and ready to start your vacation. I upgraded to a Bahia suite for the first time after many years coming here and loved it, I have really been missing out. The view is unbelievable! Seeing that... More

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights of 7 I had booked. My first room had paper thin walls and a connecting door so I asked to move immediately. My second room was larger and quiet but on night 3 it rained and it leaked through the roof onto the bed, my suitcase and also through the ranchsliders/doors or... More

the first day we arrived at the hotel we saw the external view and we were really excited so we went to the reception in order to check in. the service was disappointing, they barely speak english and they work very slowly. afterwards we went to our room. the first impression was ok, the furniture was really 80s, but then...
