Arrival at hotel, took over 1 hour to check in. Food passable. Service quite friendly. Too many people( was there around christmas time) very noisy at night on beach( wedding till 3 am). had to change rooms due to ceiling leak in ceiling. Returned more tired than when i left .

First time to MEXICO and this was the WORST hotel I have EVER stayed in anywhere. I wasn't expecting much more then the basics, clean room, clean sheets, somewhat good service since I am an American so I expected a slight language barrier. (To be honest the STAFF exceeded my expectations, they were very kind and many did speak pretty... More

It's a good spring break hotel. The place has a lot if miles on it, but it has a fun atmosphere. Most everything is out of date in this hotel. They still have regular keys to all the rooms, which there are many copies around. So, theft is very common here. You can have a wonderful time here, but exhibit... More

Disgusting hotel. Stay away. 1. Check in- took over two hours since buses full of lower class Mexicans arrive every single day during Christmas break. No AC at all. There is a 20 inch tv in the reception area. 2. Staff- Super rude. Staff speaks no English at all. At the pool, the towels lady was very rude and by... More

We've been going to the Playa Suites for over 20 years....in a row. When we arrive it starts with the bellboys, so happy to see us. From there our friend ALBA has taken care of everything we need, from an oceanfront condo (we ask for and receive before arriving) right down to kitchenware. And the bellboys will bring you anything... More

We booked this trip as a last minute deal and it was well worth the money spent. Our room was very basic but it was clean and bright. We had a seperate bedroom with a living room out front the balcony with a magnificent view of the beach and the mountains. The decor is older all in baby blues and... More

We traded a timeshare week to stay here, the good just barely out weighed the bad. Good 1st -excellent value, excellent weather 80's day, 72 night, great location for shopping and food, lots of English speaking vendors, excessive security patrolling, big sandy beach, nice shady palms, I slept good in the bed. The Bad - almost no North Americans, the... More

This is a low-medium cost hotel that does everything pretty well. Rooms are not new, but clean. Excellent central location. There is a sort of lounge bar entertainment lobby, but don't expect much entertainment. You have to walk out front to Costera to find entertainment. Seems to be an all inclusive place, but as everyone says, don't come to Acapulco... More

This beach front hotel has spacious rooms that are old and are not maintained well. Old fashioned TV and telephone are provided. Breakfast is not included in the room and the free wifi is only at the lobby. Check-in & check-out will take you an hour of waiting.
