We came for a week and were spoiled beyond our expectations! Top shelf alcohol and first class service. The room service was under 10 minutes and the wait staff over and beyond. The service , and food are superb. The grounds within the horseshoe shaped hotel towards the beach are without a doubt the most wonderful and beautiful in Puerto Vallarta or of any resort I have visited. It was our first experience with all inclusive and it was great. The food is wonderful and the service is superior.The waiters spoke some english which was helpful .
