We spent a week at Vallarta Torre. We exchanged through VCI. 1st we were given a view of a roof. Then moved to #307. NO A/C! It was HOT! The main building has swamp coolers. (New building is better. Their members get best rooms over VCI trades.) We met a nice couple that said they were checking out of #409... More

This hotel is a time-share and we were blessed with its use by a family member. It was perfect for a mid-fifties couple who was looking to hang out and not do much. All the apartments face the Pacific with a nice balcony. Good sized bedroom and bath and an open kitchen/living area with the balcony off of it. Only... More

Well, Not sure where to begin, We are Owners of Vacation International and received a 5 night stay free for paying our Maintenance fees early, so I guess the saying of nothing is free holds here. First when we got to the Condo we were given a Double Double We were expecting a king or Queen which we have always... More

Our first time back to Vallarta Torre in 31 years! There have been some changes, mainly the huge amount of buildup around the resort, but the resort itself other than paint and remodel and the addition of a restaurant, remains the same. In the past you were able to see Palm trees everywhere, and see the city lights from the... More

I appreciate reading negative reviews as they give you an idea as to what to look out for and help to set your expectations. Now look at the top of the page….where it say the "Hotel class". This is a three star place… and a pretty darn good three star it is. Do not go in with five star expectations... More

Vallarta Torre is very close to the airport, so transfers are a breeze and fast! This was our first time to VT in Puerto Vallarta, and honestly, it will be our last. I know that PV is a favorite destination with many travelers, but we just did not see the 'magic' in this resort and in this city. I have... More

Our friends that have been owners since 1979 invited us to join them for 2 weeks, but could only stay for 7. The staff was very friendly, offering us bottles of ice cold beer upon arrival. Salvador, the bell boy, has been at this resort for over 25+ years and is very accommodating. Our two bedroom with full kitchen was... More

What a wonderful property! My husband and I are owners of Vacation International and decided to visit Puerta Vallarta since we have never been on the Pacific side of Mexico. We usually stay at much larger properties and thought it would be nice to try a smaller venue. What a pleasant surprise! When you arrive at the hotel you are... More

My husband and I have stayed at Vallarta Torre three times (2004, 2005 and 2008) and we are going back this October (2010). We love the staff, the ocean breezes, the proximity to the ocean, the sea turtles, the sunsets...very romantic place! The rooms are very comfortable, although the padding on the furniture is a little hard. We enjoy taking... More
