DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTELl. We were misled on this hotel, and won it through an auction. The rooms are not worth the price at all. I could have slept in an ally, and I would have been more comfortable, and probably felt safer too. Rooms at the Super 8 in Seattle are ten times nicer. There are too many... more

The photos on the Puerto de Luna website are misleading and made me think this hotel would be lovely to visit. It is not. We paid $115 a night for a jr suite that had 2 rock-hard double beds. The suite was on the 5th floor and there was no elevator. We have a 1 yr-old son and it was... more

Terrible bed, terrible food, and they stole my own pillow! The property and location of the hotel is good unfortunately everything is poorly maintained. The beds are very old which is not good in a warm, humid place and very bad if you suffer from back pain. I took my own goose feathered pillow and unfortunately left it behind. When... more

For $66 I got a comfortable bed with a free hot breakfast the next morning. Good value. But..... the hotel is very old, and rather run-down. It's a ten minute walk to the nearest restaurant, with empty lots on both sides of the hotel, which is on the not-ocean side of the road. The room was clean, but the large... more

What a piece of junk! The kitchen sink had green mold around it. The bathroom had soap scum all around the faucets and shower doors. I could tell you the hair color, length and style of the previous guest by the hair on the bathroom floor. Knobs missing off the closet doors. I literally checked to see if I was... more

Our room was depressing...it actually made us feel sad. We paid 80 dollars a night and for something closer to 50 dollars I am sure you could get something a lot better. The view from the room: 5,000 liter septic tank. Chocolate M&M's: rat [----] on the floor next to the bed. The whole property is generally in bad condition... more

We wanted to getaway for a weekend from Saturday to Monday to take advantage of a Mexico holiday (February 2nd), a short vacation for my girl and our 5 years kid. Initially we talked to a travel agency in Guadalajara to book our room, and they gave us a price (877 pesos). When we finally decided to buy the package... more

We knew not to expect much when we booked our stay at this hotel. It was by far the cheapest deal, so of course we knew it would basically be a place to stay with a roof over our heads. And that's pretty much all it was. One positive thing to say is that our room was clean (even though... more

Thank you for your comments, this will help us to improve our service. We had a $100 USD resort credit promotion during March, I don't know why you didn't receive it as it was supposed to be, but rest assured that we are already taking care on the issues you had during your stay. Please feel free to contact us...
