Booked hotel 6 months in advance, ended up getting bottom floor room 101…no windows to look out felt like we were in a dungeon for 14 days. There are only 10 rooms of these only 3 have balconies. Also terrible value for the money we paid…staff wasn’t sympathetic or able to change rooms. I would never stay here again, if you were thinking about it confirm which room you will get. On the positive, the location was ok and the roof top pool and sitting area was by far the only saving grace. Room was noisy also, from above room and the room is next door to storage room and manager room, people were always coming and going…was told it was the quiet room lol.

We stayed at Hotel Suites Nadia in 2018, and I rated it 5-Star then, and this recent visit it's exactly the same as we remembered it, so the Nadia keeps that score. We love the El Centro location, which is a working class area of Puerto Vallarta, so there's plenty of families around, along with shops, a grocery store, Oxxo's (of course!), money changers, massage shops, restaurants, food stands, the Malecon, and a ton of local sites to visit that are all within easy walking distance. The rooms at Hotel Suites Nadia are large enough for two, with a separate bedroom, and a good sized bathroom with walk-in shower. We enjoyed the fully-equiped kitchen, and each day we received bottled water, coffee supplies and dish cleaning soap too! We had room 402, which is top center, and in my opinion has the best ocean view. We also love the rooftop pool and hot tub, and there's always a lounger or chair to take in the beach view. We lucked in that we got our Free Breakfast coupons for the rooftop restaurant. The waiter, Jorge, along with the gals who cook the food, do a wonderful job, and I enjoyed the best-ever "Chefs Omellete" which should be on the menu! Bad news is that reservations made after mid-November 2022 do not come automatically with the Free Breakfast, which is too bad because that's one of the benefits of staying in a Boutique-Style Hotel. So, double check when booking if there's a special that includes the breakfast. A few improvements I would recommend; 1. Replace outer door for a door with a window to see the view, and on the new door update the key system for an electronic card system. 2. Install safes in each room instead of using the old main safe located at reception. 3. Paint the interior walls which would really update the colour and increase the light. But all-in-all it's a good place to call home, and we really enjoyed our 5-nights here. Thanks to the rooftop restaurant staff, Theresa; the day receptionist, Lorenzo; the night receptionist, and Bertha; our wonderful housekeeper, for your wonderful service...nos vemos el próximo año! Travel Happy, Paul

Time for lunch with a view atop Hotel Suites Nadia Vallarta. Jorge served an excellent shrimp cocktail in a salsa and a cheese quesadilla with pico de gallo and guacamole. Along with the cold Pacifico and real lemonade it was truest delicious.

We just returned home from a week at Buceria, Hotel Suites Nadia. We had a wonderful time there. The hotel was so clean and we always felt safe, the front desk was staffed 24 hrs. a day. The staff was very friendly and courteous and even notified us when one of us accidentally left a room door ajar. I think every room has a beautiful view of the ocean. The rooftop pool and hot tub are so nice, a great place to watch the sun set. It's close to the beach, multiple restaurants, and a market place. I cannot wait to go again!

Watch out for the fares! Misleading promotions related to “included” meals might seem appealing but turn out to be a fraud. We were charged twice for our child’s breakfast when the reservations clearly said breakfast included. (Breakfast is only fruit and toast, if you want anything else, you have to pay more, and it’s going to be cold, rest assured) Rooms are very small, they will be no good for more than three. Front desk clerk will not be able/willing to help you with anything. Cold service. Very well located though.

Dear Guest: I am sorry to read about your incident in our Puerto Vallarta hotel. As owner of Hotels Suites Nadia Vallarta and Bucerias, I will be communicating with Booking. com so that they correct their ad so that it specifies that our continental breakfasts are including only for paying customers, not children who are staying for free with their adult companions, which is our policy. In respect to the lack of service from our staff, I will personally follow-up about it and correct it. As you may confirm it by reading the various comments from other guests about our staff, providing a personalized service to our guests is one of our business principles. Again, please accept my most sincere apology. Sincerely, José Luis Casillas Urrutia

The suite I stayed in, and in which I will stay next year, gave me a balcony with a view of the beach, the sound of the waves, and a beautiful sunset. It was my home for 2months. It had a kitchenette, counterbar, and a trundle-bed that was my sofa. The bathroom was very modern with the biggest, best bathsheets! The separate bedroom, ac, free wi-fi and cable were great. The complimentary breakfast of fruit, bread, fresh OJ and great coffee was fine with ocean views, the jacuzzi perfect and the pool big enough to splash around. The front desk staff was accommodating and cheerful, and improvements are always ongoing. The only issue is the weekend daytime noise that comes from Mangos next door (although they do have a great weekend brunch, with jazz tapes.) However, new noise abatement regulations in the city should help with that next year. The location is lively, but quiet at night...and the surrounding area is full of shops, cafes, taco stands and people. Only 4 blocks from the north end of the Malechon, it is very Puerto Vallerta.

Dear Jlgxx: Thank you very much for taking the time to write about your experience during your recent visit to our Hotel Suites Nadia Vallarta. We are very pleased to read that you found our facilities enjoyable and that you would consider us as again as an option in a future visit. I assume that your visit was during Easter week, which unfortunately the city gets very noisy due to so many people traveling from many cities within Mexico. During this week people tend to go wild. I will convey your kind words about the front desk staff, I am sure they will enjoy knowing about your opinion. Again, thank you and we look forward to seeing you in a near future. Sincerely, José Luis Casillas Urrutia

Great little kitchen and nice large bathroom. Roman serves a nice breakfast on the top floor overlooking Ocean. Host at the front lobby JOEL pronounced "Hoy ell" was just FANTASTIC, he referred us to a great mexican seafood restaurant made reservations for us .meal was delish and very reasonable Joel was full of info on lots of local tips, eg vanilla, liquor, etc. Nice kitchen and we were able to buy all our groceries across the street at a mexican supermarket that had EVERYTHING and was very inexpensive. Try and book the corner suite 403 you will not be disappointed. Pool and hot tub overlooking ocean was not big but adequate

I am beyond frustrated which is why I am forced to write this review. I have not stayed at the hotel but feel the need to share the nightmare I have endured. After booking thru booking.com (supposed to have free cancellation) I had to cancel my booking. It appeared to be cancelled for free on my booking.com account but a week later, a huge charge appeared on my bank statement. Booking.com was useless in assisting with this. Eventually, I was able to contact the hotel directly and was supposed to get a refund. Here we are a week later and the pending amount (there is a delay for whatever reason) is less then what they charged me! I am so sick of dealing with this! Not only is this still unresolved, the hotel offered no apology whatsoever for this awful inconvenience. It was like they were doing me a big favour! Booking.com was no better. Next step....the media! Maybe that will help expedite things. :(

I went down to PV to do a one week language school course. I chose Hotel Suites Nadia because it was a short 2 block walk to the school, which I loved. The hotel is almost right on the beach. The staff is wonderful, especially Patsy, Joel and the lovely cleaning woman who's name I didn't get. They really work hard for the guests. The hotel is kept clean and neat. The problem is that the rooms are small, dark and feel very claustrophobic. The furniture, night tables, kitchen cupboards and small bistro table are plywood painted black, which makes the room feel even darker. The beds are small, short and not comfortable. If you are taller than 5'6", your feet will hang over the bed. This hotel is best left to younger travelers under 30! I could have dealt with all the lack of more luxurious accommodations, if it weren't for the Mango Restaurant that sits right in front of the hotel. This restaurant will start playing loud music, with that incessant bass down beat at 7am when the staff comes in and will play until 8pm at night. I complained to both the hotel and the restaurant. The music would be turned down for the day, but it would start up again the next day. If you are looking for a relaxing resort stay, this in not it.

Hello 820crystalb: Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience during your stay at our Puerto Vallarta property. Based on your comments we will evaluate the possibility of repainting our furniture. In respect to the restaurant next door, at times they can turn the music a bit louder, but all we need to do is to call them and they will turn it down. Yet, we will undergo conversations with the manager about the latest nnoise they created. Thank you again. Sincerely, Josè Luis Casillas U.

now on Google We had a terrible experience here! Asked a month in advance for 403, got 303. Told we could check in at 1pm, couldn't check in until 2pm because there were maintenance issues. That should have been an indicator right there that something was going to go wrong...yup, at 2 am, the AC started making this horrible noise and then crapped out on us. Then it proceeded to leak on us and the bed. My husband who is 6'2 had to curl up on the trundle, which was tiny! The room is the size of a shoebox and management is terrible. Ok, so things break, I get it... but they didn't even have sheets, pillowcases or enough towels for the 3 of us! I emailed Francisco before we went to dinner for these things, hoping they would be put in our room while we were gone. Nope, no such luck! By the time we got back from dinner, I was too tired to go down and ask. What kind of hotel doesn't have a pillowcase or sheet for the extra bed?? Horrible service from our check in with the rude lady, can't remember her name, to our check out. I wish we could have enjoyed our last night in Mexico. We stayed here to be closer to the airport the next day and to hopefully get some rest. Well, with a 2 am wake up with leaking air conditioning, we got nothing of the sort. We did manage to get back about $30 of our $190 rate...the room should have been comped in my opinion, but this is Mexico, don't expect great customer service!
