Plus points: Nice pool & gardens / Spacious room / located away from main road / courteous staff / hew wing looks nicer if you can get a room there Negative points: Maintenance work starting at 11:30pm !! / also work during the day on busy holiday, spoiling the peace & quiet in the gardens / old part of hotel... more

Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet. The hotel has a very nice new wing with a charming stone bridge connecting the two areas. Rooms in the new wing are some of the best in Cuernavaca. more
