We traveled at the beginning of the Christmas season and were given a corner room high above the Reforma and view of the giant Christmas Tree they set up on the circle below. The room was not big, but had a very nice view. Very clean and well stocked, plenty of hot water in the bathroom. No street noise or... more

I so wanted to write a good review on this hotel as on the surface it is a great place. I wouldn't agree with another reviewer who said the restaurants were not up to scratch as I thought they were excellent and so was the service. The rooms are good too but that would be because it's a relatively newly... more

I would classify this as one of the best hotels I've stayed at if I didn't open the curtains to enjoy the view. The hotel is dwarfed by the huge building next door. But who sits and stares out the window when they are in Mexico City? Services was great, room was great, fitness room was fantastic! Try the chicken... more

This place was recently renovated. The result is an extremely posh hotel with lovely amenities in a nice part of town. The executive suite on the 16th floor is very nice. It's like having your own big living room equipped with an outdoor deck. The health club on the 5th floor is also good, and the rooms are nice, albeit... more

Stayed for 2 nights on business. GREAT hotel--not one complaint. Super clean, perfect service, nice rooms, comfy bed, gorgeous facilities from lobby to gym to spa to Executive lounge. Would definitely stay again. Located in a great place too--plenty of restaurants around the corner (and in a safe area to walk) but room service wasnt bad either. You won't be... more

For a brand new hotel the facilities are excellent but the tour operator they use for their trips is poor both in quailty of coaches and guides. Nice hotel as it is new but be aware that building work is taking place on both sides of the hotel. Executive room nice to have use of but is open season to... more

I stayed here for 4 nights in early March 2009. The hotel was opened 4 months prior, in December or November of 2008. It is brand new. All staff jumped at every request, from arrival to departure. A walk across the lobby earns quite a few "buenos dias", truely making me feel like a valued guest. I had a AAA... more

Stayed here five nights at the beginning of Feb. Since we were there over a weekend, it felt like we had the place to ourselves! Every time we returned it seemed like all the staff came out to greet us! Checkin was a little pained on account of our non-spanish, and the checkin girl's poor english. Still, everything was sorted... more

This was an Aristos on the edge of the Zona Rosa when I lived in Mexico City in the 1990s. Marriott has done a great job of upgrading the facilities and making it a much better hotel. I chose it over the JW Marriott, the hotel I usually stay in. The rates were great, the services good. The only downside... more
