I booked online so I wasn't familiar with the hotel when I arrived. The internet rate is like half the regular rate. But, even then... the room is dilapidated. The window was cracked. The toilet seat was broken. The carpet was threadbare. The few pieces of furniture in the lobby was falling apart. I went to the restaurant for a... More

Booking online, i thought this hotel was decent. The pictures are a lie. For $35 you get ruin down room, with chipped furnitures of very bad taste and old carpet. The bath room is nice and pleasant. The place is hot (i do not remember if they have AC). The inside looks like an old hotel from the 60's. The... More

This hotel is the worst I have been to. No A/C, they give you complimentary hot water bottles, then you ask for ice, they send you to go buy at supermarket, they charge you for hot water, they charge you for breakfast for children, roaches crawling up the walls, bathroom dirty and sticks. Rooms are stinky, stuffy, no ceilings or... More

It is very in need of a renovation. It's very 1970s with its oranges, brown and red colours. Although it is outdated the rooms are kept very clean. We got a very large room with a living area. At first I thought it was grotty and old but It's cheap and the location makes up for it. You can walk... More

I have stayed at this hotel many times and have never been disappointed. The staff is great, the service is good, and the location can't be beat. You are blocks from La Reforma and the Cuauhtémoc metro stop and within walking distance of almost anything you would want to do. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and a little off... More

We got there late, like around midnight. It was a little weird, but can't define how. Like a scary movie where nothing scary happens. It's true what others have said, small rooms, seem stuffy, lounge is very worn, seems, looks and feels old. People were friendly enough. It seems like the food is going to be good, but it's not.... We checked in on Thursday, because had already spent a week with relatives, and it was time for the family to have some time to ourselves. We greated by very nice bell man and receptionist. We were taking care of in no time, and went straight to are room. I reserved a room for 4 ppl, and was very suprised... More

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a friendly lady at the check in area. When we got to our room we found it to be small and stuffy. The bed which was suppose to be a double turned out to be two twins pulled together. When we booked the room we were told that it included... More

skeevy concierge, dirty rooms, old carpet, awful breakfast (the wait staff wear swine flu masks - awful!), smelly and loud (the bar downstairs has live music and the walls are paper thin). Pay a little bit more and go somewhere else. Its not worth it. Looks like the hotel from the shining and the taxi driver the concierge ordered ripped... More
