This is the very first review I’ve ever written. I would not be spending my time today if what I’ve experienced at the Melia Reforma Hotel did not deserve its full recognition. I travel to Mexico City for business on regular bases. I've stayed in two different hotels prior to the Melia, mainly because of the loyalty programs offered for... More

I love staying at this hotel. For sure anytime I stay in Mexico City this is where I will be staying. The staff is so friendly & helpful. This last time we had the pleasure of meeting Gonzalo who is a bell boy. I wanted to make sure he got some type of recognition for his efforts. He spoke great... More

Location, quality of service & food very good. Rooms comfortable. We only had problem with water pressure (our room was on the 19th floor). More

This is a very nice hotel with all the amenities and the customer service that you expect, the staff is friendly, the concierge is pretty efficient, the breakfast is amazing, the gym has all the basics that you need, it pretty much has it all! The only thing I don't like is that they have a lot of parties and... More

Rooms are nice, ask for softer bed as some of the rooms have a very hard bed. Staff is highly accommodating and friendly and the concierge can give you all the information you need to find any site, store or restaurant. Great workout room, indoor pool is beautiful. Night club, bar, restaumrants. You can walk almost anywhere or take a... More

It is a small room, the wardrobe closet for just two hangers, nothing comes straight for opening the closet or entering the bathroom. The bathroom has been refurbished, that´s the best of the accommodation. Too many mirrors in the bedroom, seems to be in some other place (euphemism). You could see how many times the room has been painted. If... More

This hotel is in a fairly decent area, walking distance to the Zona Rosa. The only thing is that you need to be very careful walking around this area, especially at night. The rooms are fairly nice, but lobby is dated. The "spa" leaves something to be desired, and if you are there in the winter, plan on wearing a... More

Very welcoming. Diego at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and am very pleased with my room and the attitude of the staff. More

This Hotel has been my best choice in Mexico City for I do not know how long and still is, rooms could use a facelift, but in general, great location and service. More

Reforma Avenue is a very nice location for hotels in Mexico City and this hotel is in this avenue. Lobby is nice, breakfast buffet is very good, service is good, bathrooms in the rooms are nice but the rest of the rooms could be better (they look not so new). This is a good option for the price.
