i stayed in Brisas Business Club room for 3 nights after 11 hour flight from EU - so i really was looking for quiet place to sleep. Well... You will be able to hear any loud talk in passage from your room. Good news that there is no much people walking around on executive floor at night. But weddings may... More

This hotel is a pleasant enough place and an excellent value - I would happily stay there again. I have stayed at other 4 star hotels in Reforma and this is not the best. ( I'd probably rate it 3.5 stars ) It is very nice and quite comfortable - and my stay was much less expensive than some other... More

Very pleasant hotel in the Reforma district, good for tourists, felt very safe. Clean room, with Flat screen TV, iPod docking station, coffee. Pool on the roof, which we meant to use but were so busy we never made it. We used Grayline for our trips out which were well organised.

This is an average hotel with good location. The rooms and other facilities are clean and ok, however there are many things lacking for example: water in the rooms (bring your own since they sell it really expensive), not very attentive staff in the reception, complicated wifi service. On the good side its close to Reforma and Chapultepec, you can... More

At first I thought the area was too quiet for me until I got off the bus too early. The long walk back to the hotel woke me up to how lively and lovely the area really is. It is close to "The Angel" for bus rides to Guadalupe (which I recommend) or anywhere. The Insurgentes station is a little... More

Nice hotel and great value for money, the pool and roof terrace was really good. The rooms are good standard, staff are helpful and the location is excellent, close to zona rosa stores and restaurants. The hotel staff offered to help us find everything that we asked for directions to. You can also book tours to Teotihuacan from the hotel... More

this is a great hotel for the price, excellent value, I would recommend to to friends and family to stay there, close to everything, you can walk to great restaurants like barro rojo, good oaxacan kitchen, shore drive to polanco also, for more restaurant, short distance to museums, Chapultepec castle, zoo, national auditorium, even subway. The gym has a great... More

Excellent location, safe. Stayed there 3 nights with my wife on vacation. Good, clean and modern hotel. Comfortable. Concierge service was excellent. Only negative was charge for the Internet connection in your room: over 200 pesos per day. Considering that we had a free connection everywhere else we stayed on our 1-month trip in Mexico, that's pretty steep! They provide... More

okay so the beds are hard here like everywhere in mexico - if that drives you nuts then don't stay here. other than that, the hotel is really nice. things are finished well. what sucks is that the service is bad. so here's what you need to know about this place: if you stay on the executive level (i think... Purchased cab fare at the airport, cost 290 pecos $23.34 u.s. one way. About 30 minute drive. Out front the entrance says, GP but inside behind the front desk says La Brisas, same hotel, must be in a transition stage. They charge for wifi so when I asked about it they gave me an option to upgrade to a bigger... More
