The hotel is exactly like what you see in the photos. Clean and comfortable. The location is just next to our conference venue so it is very convenient for us. Below the hotel is a small shopping mall with a variey of shops, coffe houses, restaurants and fast food chains. Although the staff are not very fluent in English, they... more

Good Location (very close to main museums and other attractions), burt the traffic there is terrible. Comfortable, average hotel, clean, good service, low rates. Good cost-benefit. more

The hotel was in a central location, on a major avenue with easy access to taxis (don’t get the hotel ones; they are more expensive), within walking distance from the Teatro de Bellas Artes and a longer walk to el Zocalo and the Cathedral. It is close to many establishments such as pharmacies and camera stores. On the first floor... more

The rooms were large, very clean and very comfortable. The noisy downtown traffic was barely noticable. This hotel is well situated to discover the Zocolo, Zona Rosa, and Reforma areas. I booked directly with the hotel on-line received and paid about $77 plus taxes, which was at least half the cost of a hotel I had orginally booked in the... more

The hotel is geared to business travelers but it can be a good choice also for tourists who want to be in the historic center of Mexico City, if you find a good rate. While very close to some of the main Mexico City tourist attraction, you should be aware that this neighborhood is NOT extremely safe. If safety is... more

Nice hotel in a great location! The hotel is fairly new, the rooms are large and clean, the beds were comfortable enough, (I got a couple extra pillows), The furnishings were sparse, but functional. The staff, whose English was not the best, tried hard and were eager to please. I was able to book a couple excursions right in the... more

The Fiesta Inn Centro's location is perfect. A fifteen minute walk to the crowded Zocalo, it was a ring-side seat for Mexican Independence Day. It's set back from the busy Ave. Juarez and access is through a mall with shops and restaurants or a you can enter by a side street. The room was clean, fairly large and average. It... more

It is my first time to stay in this hotel, I really liked the decoration of rooms an also all the hotel, it is a contemporary style I think. also, all rooms and bathrooms were clean and safe. The room was located besides Av. Juarez but I barely heard the traffic! The staff were very friendly and I got all... more

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel - which I saw rated as a 2 star hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to find the Fiesta Inn quite charming. Upon entering the lobby of the building you walk into a small shopping mall. Many types of shops: clothing, shoes, jewelry, a bank, which came in handy for converting... more
