This was a pleasant B&B in the very nice Condessa neighborhood. It was very easy to walk to the Metro, bars, restaurants, and other stores. Fantastic location away from the tourist mess, and only a 20 minute walk to Chapultepec Park. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms clean. There was no a/c but the fan in the room... More

We have stayed at Casa Comtesse in the past. Still the same, i.e. friendly, clean rooms, very helpful staff. The breakfast is excellent, hot and tasty. Will stay again in the future when we visit Mex City.

We were relocated in Casa Comtesse after a bad experience with booking.com that never confirm our reservation in another hostel. For the same price of a hostel, we spent eight nights in this beautiful B&B house in Colonia Condesa. It is just in front of a metro bus station, five blocks from a subway station and walking distance from the... More

I stayed there by alone as a business trip. The staffs were very kind and helpful. A room was clean and neat and they served nice breakfast including fresh fruits. Very near from the Metrobus station. The area seemed safe one and very calm. wifi is provided. you can cook by yourself. Although I forgot my key there they handled... More

House itself, interior design and courtyard are just amazing. So are the people who run it. Also location, Condesa, is great for families and singles. Only minus is that the sound isolation of the rooms is not so good. Perhaps I would not stay there for an extended period but for couple of nights for a special, out of the... More

You experience lovely flowering plants, with plenty of chairs and benches to invite you to sit awhile and relax. Opening the grand black door with the interesting detail of another time surrounding it, your eyes are immediately drawn to the lovely and chic decor of the sitting room. The walks are filled with interesting artwork as are the rooms. The... More

We stayed at Casa Comtesse during our week long vacation in Mexico City. I was a little wary of the location prior to arrival but the concern turned out unwarranted. The house is located at the southern portion of the Condesa neighborhood, 3 blocks away from the Chilpancingo station, this made traveling around the city very convenient. The service was wonderful... We arrived in January by car and were immensely relieved and grateful that they allowed us to stay with our dog. We travelled by car from Oregon, but have a house on the Pacific coast, so we take our dog with us and it can be very difficult to convince hotel owners in Mexico to allow pets, no matter how... I stayed here with several colleagues over a two and a half week period. Between us we tried out most of the rooms. They are all different, individually decorated with unique etchings and work of art. There are only eight guest rooms so the hotel has a really homely feel. The large communal area is bright and spectacular and the... More

A short taxi ride from the airport got us to Casa Comtesse where we were met by the receptionist, Angelica. She spoke fluent english, showed us around the lovely house, answered our many questions, and helped us settle in. Our room, Oriente, was on the top floor and is very spacious and quiet, overlooking the courtyard. The main sitting area... More
