The staff is the main reason this is a great hotel. Staff was friendly and smart all around: in pools, reception, room service, concierge, beach, etc. Cleanness and convenience were spread as well: rooms, shop, restaurants, beach services. This resort is terrific! My wife and I stayed one week and everything was great. We did not get in the ocean much because it was rough but the two pools gave us plenty place to sit. There were great places to eat within walking. More

I think this is very solid Starwood property but with some issues. Rooms are great , very well arranged with nice furnitures. If you compare with other hotels in zona hotelara you have your winner here. Pool is very nice and big so when it's colder outside you feel it in the pool too. There is one big disadvantage !!!...
