We return about 2 weeks ago and truly loved our stay. The rooms were nice, very clean at all times (housekeeping is truly amazing). The fridge was stocked every day with soda, juice, and water. we had some issues with our dolphin excursion. i was bad weather and we where not even allowed on beaches. i explained me fear and was told not to worry from both dolphius manager and dreams manager that i would get my money returned because of the poor condtions, that was there policy. We were at Dreams Cancun a few years ago. I loved everything about the resort but the swimming pool area. Not enoug loung chairs for everyone. The pool was not very elegant. The worst part was the music. They played valger rap music on volume 10 every day. Will not go back to Dreams. The pool was a nightmare. More
