Our room was ocean side. It was very comfortable and clean. It did not have the musty odor that tropical rooms typically have. Our family has stayed at several of the Palace Resorts, but the Cancun Palace is our favorite. The hotel has been recently updated and is beautiful. The view is spectacular and the restaurants are wonderful. The staff that we came in contact with were all extremely helpful. We will be going again in June and can't wait! More
