rooms very large, beach fantastic, very close to the isla shopping mall,

This hotel has a little age on it but it was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We had a 2 bedroom, 3 bath suite from a friend's time share (room 7201) and there were a few glitches - one shower didn't work and one TV didn't work. We also could never figure out how to turn down...

!Watch when they ask you to upgrade! When I came back home from my trip I received a call from the sales person telling me that they needed to cancell the upgrade and when they did that they also cancell what I had allready pay off. Now no one unswer my calls and I do not have my time share....

Excellent location in the middle of the hotel district, great staff especially Eliseo the bellboy. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Drinks and food very good. The shower hot water wasnt working but they promptly fixed it. There isn't anything I can say wasnt excellent.
