The internet was non existent anywhere except for the internet cafe. All the drinks were served in plastic (washed!) cups - kind of unwashed. The ice had a lot of chlorine smell, taste. We stayed here from Dec.23rd to 29th, 2009. Loved the location, didn't even leave the resort! Great beach to relax on. Several pools to choose from. Kiddie play area was awesome, my kids LOVED it. We stayed at Royal Solaris Cancun for five nights. It was a family vacation and we had 3 teenagers with us. The resort attracts families, older couples and there were some spring break college students there as well. It was not overly wild so we happy about that.
