I will start with the positive . We own an Ocean view on the forth floor and I loved loved the morning sunrises! The rooms are average no upgrades but totally enjoyable. Beds are very comfortable . An excellent hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. The restaurant staff at Cayo Largo could be a bit less demanding but all in all a GREAT hotel. Was there for a week and would go back in a heartbeat.
