This is not my first visit. Every year I come back and it just gets better. what makes this hotel are the clean cheap rooms close to the ado bus terminal and cancun town. I fully recommend this place for anyone who needs to be in town after the beach.

The hotel is just decent and quite old, but at least it is not dirty. The position is perfect if you are just passing by yo catch a bus, so one night will be fine but I wouldn't stay longer. We haven't tried the restaurant and you can use the wifi in the lobby only.

third time here, love being next to bus station, local stores & eateries, walking distance to banks, phone shops, grocery/liquor stores, cheap, pool, friendly staff, so much better than monstrosities in Hotel Zone. Good size room, quiet, a little dim but lots of towels, wifi and AC, breakfast available, what else do you need?

Really a great value, and right by the downtown Cancun bus station. We stayed there when we had to catch the early, early bus that runs from downtown Cancun to the Cancun airport. The room was clean, air conditioned and very comfortable. It was an excellent value.

First class place. Good small rooms, good wifi, great breakfasts super location for town and jobs. 100% recommend this for overnight stays, town visits and backpackers wanting a good clean reasonably priced room to chill out before a flight in or out.

We stayed in a junior suite. The room was spacious, spotless, air conditioned and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean.
