We recently returned from our 12/09-16/09 trip and we too feel like the hotel has gone down a bit. The service is still phenomenal. Room 336 is an ocean view suite that needs a lot of work. Loved the ocean from room and the service. Since we are vegetarians, I was disappointed by the food. The spread is good, however no real choice for vegetarians. On the good side, you can talk to the hotel staff and they shall ask the chefs to fix something vege. Room was beautiful. TV was old. more
