Had a great time at the Great Parnassus. The staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were in good shape and clean. Loved the food and the numerous a la carte options. Pool area and beach were fantastic. Great hotel for kids and family. More

Cannot compete with other Cancun resorts. Infrastructure is falling apart. Roof leaks whenever rains. Food is awful. On surface appears clean but small touches not taken care of. Corners dirty, closet floor not swept. Needs overhaul. More
