We stayed at this hotel from jan 14-21 of 2011.. Most of all the staff is amazing they never leave you waiting or asking for anything!!! Occidental Allegro is one of our Favorite resorts to go to. We have been there by ourselves, have taken family members and have gone with friends and everytime, it has been Awesome! Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Food was great and of great variety. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Any issues you have are handled quickly. We are going back often and taking friends. More
