If you have read bad reviews of this resort, please ignore them. They are from picky people who I truly believe do not travel much and have little experience traveling outside of their own country. Good: very nice personnel, great for snorkeling, not crowded, clean rooms, A/C works. Fire show, Mexican and Mayan shows are nice. Easy to find a shadow on the beach. We were at the resort from February 3rd thru the 9th. If you are expecting everything to be perfect like a resort in the states then Mexico is not the place for you. There are some minor cosmetic issues with the resort but they were working very hard the whole time we were there doing upgrades and maintaining the grounds... More

I have to chuckle when I read some of the reviews. My wife and I have stayed at many resorts throughout Mexico and the Caribbean over the past 30+ years.
