“Treated Like a Queen”

“Great Staff”

What a great stay the staff is outstanding. A friend left his IPad and Sun Glasses in Blue agave on May 16 and the bar attendant "Bolan" locked them up and made sure he got them back. I would come back again and again. The food is also outstanding We worked but also made time to have some fun .

Great food, several restaurants, bars and pools. The Best service in Playa del Carmen. You should pay for the Royal Service because it makes the difference for few more dollars. It offers you a butler service, private restaurant, pool, spots in the beach and pools, better room service, private gym and mini SPA.

Overall the hotel is great. Very clean, incredible service. The restaurant Fuego is very good but best part is the restaurant Bana with chef Jonathan Gonzalez and sushi chef German. Fresh ingredients, great flavors and even better service!

Great service, lots of options to go out and dinner, installations and amenities are wonderful! Best tip I can give is: honeymooners should go for royal service, you receive special attention and care from the staff, it's amazing!!!

We arrived at Paradisus La Perla on May 9, 2013. The resort was outstanding. The service was great, especially the Hadar Restaurant. The wait staff were outstanding. Their names are Rafael, Evelio, Adriana and Gilberto. Please make sure you see them when they go. They provide superb serivce.
